I’m Jo Sarah — Business mentor, founder of Umaversity, Business strategist, keynote speaker, Human Design expert.
For the past 10+ years, I’ve been doing the work most women+ were never taught to do:
understanding my body, owning my money, and building a business that actually aligns with my purpose.
Not because it was easy — but because I had to.
I learned how to navigate PCOS & rare health conditions, rebuild and manage my energy, run a company, create systems, scale impact, and build wealth from the ground up.
I created Umaversity, built a global network of experts, hosted 5-day well-being festivals, gave TEDx talks, scaled communities, led strategy sprints with founders, and supported thousands of women+ in reclaiming their health, their pleasure, their voice — their power.
And through all of it, I realized something:
